SA Fairs was assigned the task to transform age old residence 4000 square feet area into a modern looking residence for Mr Aggarwal in Panchkula, Haryana. With the combinations of timber, plaster, paint, glass and concrete, the architecture of residence shoot up straight in large double height façade with the myriad of natural trees in natural setting. We were able to carve a modern look for the residence from time to time.

This cladded wooden touch on exterior runs along with the height from the bottom on the ground verandah, smooth on the roof, and perpendicular in its body, opening up its view on the terrace to a rich public garden.
