SA Fairs was assigned the task to transform the 8000 square feet former industrial unit into a luxury corporate office for our industrialist client Mr Sodhi in Ludhiana, Punjab. Our team dealt with complex interior architecture with specially commissioned works including stone art work in a rhythmic form of triangles, wooden panelling. We implied Grid formations of polished metal frames over textured panels with smartphone-controlled LED lighting, making a striking design feature rise out of thin air. The director space is created in the unusual art form layout. It is designed by an asymmetrical desk that compliments the unique cutaway on wall triangles. The baffle ceiling system introduced creates a unique design element to space and is a striking addition in the entire room.
